Notice of Certain Operating Cost Adjustment Factors for 2018

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has issued a notice establishing operating cost adjustment factors (OCAFs) for certain project-based rental assistance contracts, effective for contracts renewed on or after February 11, 2018. OCAFs are used to adjust rents for contracts renewed under the Multifamily Assisted Housing Reform and Affordability Act of 1997 (MAHRA).
