SEC Approves Investors Exchange LLC Proposed Rule Change on Volatility Auction Eligibility

Investors Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to clarify the eligibility of market orders and limit orders with a time-in-force of DAY for a volatility auction outside of regular market hours. The proposed rule change would take effect immediately.
