EPA Withdraws New Hampshire Incinerator Rule Due to Adverse Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn a direct final rule approving a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of New Hampshire, which established emission standards for incinerators and wood waste burners, following receipt of an adverse comment.
