Medicare and Medicaid Programs: Updates to Home Health Prospective Payment System and Value-Based Purchasing Model

The final rule updates home health payment rates, case-mix weights, and value-based purchasing models, effective January 1, 2018, and refines quality reporting requirements, while also discussing rebasing adjustments and delaying the implementation of the Home Health Groupings Model.
