Notice of Amendment Application for Scientific Research Permit on Weddell Seals

Robert Garrott, a researcher at Montana State University, has submitted a request to amend the existing Scientific Research Permit No. 21158 to study Weddell seals, a species of Antarctic marine mammal, at their natural habitat.
