Annual Adjustment Factors for Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program for Fiscal Year 2018

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development announces the annual adjustment factors for Section 8 housing assistance payments program for Fiscal Year 2018, which will be applied to contract rents on the anniversary of those assistance contracts, based on changes in residential rent and utility costs from the most recent annual Consumer Price Index survey.
