FHWA Extends Comment Period for National Performance Management Measures NPRM

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is extending the comment period for a proposed rulemaking and request for comments on the National Performance Management Measures, which was initially set to close on November 6, 2017, to provide additional time for stakeholders to review and submit comprehensive comments.
