Effectuating Congressional Nullification of the Non-Subsistence Take of Wildlife Rule on National Wildlife Refuges in Alaska

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is removing amendments from the 'Non-subsistence Take of Wildlife, and Public Participation and Closure Procedures, on National Wildlife Refuges in Alaska' rule, which was nullified by the Congressional Review Act. This action reverts the regulations to their previous state before the rule took effect.
