Coast Guard Temporarily Adjusts Bridge Operation to Mitigate Morning Rush Hour Congestion

The US Coast Guard has issued a temporary deviation to restrict bridge openings on the Route 1 & 9 Bridge across the Hackensack River in Jersey City, New Jersey, during morning and afternoon rush hour periods to alleviate traffic congestion caused by nearby road closures.
