EPA Proposes Approval of Maryland Air Quality Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan revision submitted by the State of Maryland, which includes updates to control technology for cement kilns, cement manufacturing plants, and natural gas compression stations, as well as the removal of an obsolete nitrogen oxides reduction program.
