EPA Proposes Finding of Attainment and Clean Data Determination for Oakridge, Oregon Fine Particulate Matter Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to make a finding of attainment by the attainment date and a clean data determination (CDD) for the Oakridge-Westfir fine particulate matter nonattainment area in Oregon, based on quality-assured data showing the area has met the 2006 24-hour fine particulate matter National Ambient Air Quality Standards. The proposal also includes revisions to Oregon's State Implementation Plan, submitted by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, to correct deficiencies in the 2012 Oakridge Attainment Plan.
