EPA Approves New Hampshire's Air Plan Revisions, Limits Emissions from Facility

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of New Hampshire's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP), which sets recordkeeping and reporting requirements for air pollution sources, as well as a single source order limiting emissions of volatile organic compounds from a specific facility, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
