NMFS Notifies Overfishing Conditions for Various Fish Stocks

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a determination that several fish stocks, including the Stillaguamish coho salmon in Puget Sound and the Puerto Rico spiny lobster, are subject to overfishing or approaching an overfished condition, prompting a notification to the relevant fishery management council.
