Coast Guard Corrects Temporary Safety Zone Rule

The US Coast Guard has corrected a regulatory error in its rule establishing temporary safety zones in the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and in Breakwater Harbor near Cape Henlopen, which was set to expire on February 28, 2017, but was actually made enforceable from November 6, 2017, through February 28, 2018.
