EPA Proposes Repeal of Emission Requirements for Glider Vehicles and Engines

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to repeal emission standards and other requirements for heavy-duty glider vehicles, glider engines, and glider kits, citing a proposed interpretation of the Clean Air Act (CAA) that would exempt these vehicles and engines from regulation under the Act.
