EPA Withdraws Air Quality Implementation Plan Rule for Maryland Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a direct final rule that approved a Maryland state implementation plan revision to incorporate a National Gypsum Company (NGC) alternative volatile organic compound (VOC) emission standard, following receipt of one adverse comment.
