PHMSA Proposes Termination of M-Number and R-Number Approvals Without Expiration Dates

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is proposing to standardize manufacturer and reconditioner approvals by terminating any M-number and R-number approvals issued without an expiration date, with the termination taking effect one year from the publication date of the notice.
