EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Plan Revisions for Mojave Desert

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve and conditionally approve revisions to the Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, addressing Reasonably Available Control Technology requirements for ozone standards in the Western Mojave Desert.
