PBGC Requests OMB Approval for Information Collection on Distress and Terminations

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information under its regulations regarding distress terminations and terminations initiated by the PBGC. The public is invited to comment on the proposed collection of information, which plan administrators and plan sponsors must provide to affected parties upon request.
