NYSE Proposes Rule Change to Update Listing Requirements for Foreign Private Issuers

The New York Stock Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to amend Section 902.06 of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, which governs listing requirements for foreign private issuers, and is seeking immediate effectiveness.
