NYSE Proposes Rule Change to Align Intermediate Parent Companies with Parent Intercontinental Exchange

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to amend the governing documents of its intermediate parent companies, Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc., NYSE Holdings LLC, and NYSE Group, Inc., to make them more consistent with the governing documents of their ultimate parent, Intercontinental Exchange, Inc.
