NYSE Arca Filing Proposed Rule Change to Align Intermediate Parent Companies with Intercontinental Exchange

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to amend the governing documents of its intermediate parent companies, Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc., NYSE Holdings LLC, and NYSE Group, Inc., to make them more consistent with the governing documents of their ultimate parent, Intercontinental Exchange, Inc.
