U.S. Coast Guard Discharge Requirements Delayed Again
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has extended the postponement of discharge requirements for U.S. Coast Guard activities in the expanded Greater Farallones and Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuaries for another year, until December 9, 2017.
