EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule on Maryland Air Quality Implementation Plan
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a direct final rule that approved a revision to Maryland's air quality implementation plan due to an adverse comment. The rule was set to expire on October 30, 2017, and will not be reinstated.
