ATR-GIE Avions de Transport Régional Issues Airworthiness Directive for ATR42-500 and ATR72-212A Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an airworthiness directive (AD) for certain ATR-GIE Avions de Transport Régional Model ATR42-500 and Model ATR72-212A airplanes, requiring inspections for routing attachments of electrical harness bundles and corrective actions if necessary, following reports of electrical harness bundle chafing with a window blinding panel in the fuselage due to missing routing attachments.
