Coast Guard Awards Certificate of Alternative Compliance to TUG BERT REINAUER

The U.S. Coast Guard has granted the TUG BERT REINAUER a Certificate of Alternative Compliance, allowing it to operate with modified navigation and towing lights, as it is a vessel of special construction or purpose, and compliance with international regulations would interfere with its normal operation.
