BOEM Re-Opens Public Comment Period for Liberty Development and Production Plan Draft Environmental Impact Statement

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management is extending the public comment period for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Liberty Development and Production Plan in the Beaufort Sea Planning Area until December 8, 2017, allowing for additional public input on the plan.
