EPA Withdraws Nebraska Air Quality Implementation Plan Rule Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn a direct final rule for Nebraska's air quality implementation plan revision, which added a new chapter on visibility protection, following adverse comments. The revised plan meets the visibility component of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
