FMCSA Denies Exemption Applications from 35 Individuals with Epilepsy

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has denied exemption applications from 35 individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders, who sought to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce despite the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) prohibiting such individuals.
