TRICARE to Launch Pilot Program on Medication Therapy Management

The Department of Defense is launching a 2-year pilot program to provide medication therapy management services to TRICARE beneficiaries with multiple chronic conditions and multiple medications, with the goal of improving health outcomes and evaluating the feasibility of including MTM in the TRICARE program.
