U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Makes Draft Habitat Conservation Plan and Environmental Assessment Available for Public Review for Lalamilo Wind Farm Repowering Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a draft habitat conservation plan and environmental assessment for the Lalamilo Wind Company's application for an incidental take permit to operate the Lalamilo Wind Farm Repowering Project, which may impact endangered Hawaiian hoary bats and petrels.
