US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Antidumping Duties on UAE PET Film Imports
The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of antidumping duties on polyethylene terephthalate film imports from the UAE, finding that one company, JBF RAK LLC, sold below normal value and another, UFlex Limited, had no shipments during the review period.
