Air Plan Approval; ID; 2012 PM2.5 Standard Infrastructure Requirements

Whenever a new or revised National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) is promulgated, each state must submit a plan for the implementation, maintenance and enforcement of such standard--commonly referred to as infrastructure requirements. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finds that the Idaho State Implementation Plan (SIP) meets the infrastructure requirements for the 2012 fine particulate matter (PM 2.5 ) NAAQS.
