EPA Grants Temporary Exemption for Bacillus thuringiensis Cry14Ab-1 Protein in Soybeans

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has temporarily exempted residues of the Bacillus thuringiensis Cry14Ab-1 protein in or on soybeans, used as a plant-incorporated protectant, from the requirement of a tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), pending the expiration of the exemption on April 1, 2020.
