EPA Submits Request for Approval of New Information Collection for Farms Under CERCLA Section 103

The Environmental Protection Agency has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval of a new information collection, which requires farms to report air releases of hazardous substances from animal wastes, to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
