US Coast Guard Clarifies Commercial Fishing Vessel Safety Requirements for HMS Charter/Headboat Permit Holders

The US Coast Guard has finalized a rule that requires HMS Charter/Headboat permit holders to obtain a commercial sale endorsement to sell Atlantic highly migratory species, such as tuna, swordfish, and sharks, and clarifies which vessels are subject to commercial fishing safety requirements.
