US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds No Dumping of Mexican Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar

The US Department of Commerce has begun an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico, covering the period from November 1, 2015, to October 31, 2016, and has found that Deacero S.A.P.I de C.V. did not engage in dumping practices during this time period.
