EPA Approves Delaware's RACT State Implementation Plan for 2008 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan revision submitted by the State of Delaware, which pertains to reasonably available control technology (RACT) requirements under the 2008 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS). The approved revisions address RACT controls for certain categories of sources in Delaware's SIP for the 2008 ozone NAAQS.
