US Bureau of Land Management Delays Implementation of Waste Prevention Rule Until January 17, 2019

The Bureau of Land Management is temporarily suspending certain requirements of the 2016 final rule on waste prevention and resource conservation until January 17, 2019, due to concerns over compliance costs and statutory authority.
