EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule on Missouri Air Quality Implementation Plans Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a direct final rule due to adverse comments, which approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision from the State of Missouri for the 2010 Nitrogen Dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). The EPA must now resubmit the SIP for public review and comment.
