Internal Revenue Service Corrects Proposed Regulations on Tax Practitioner Fees

The IRS has issued a correction to its proposed rules on user fees for tax practitioners, which were initially published in the Federal Register on July 23, 2010, and relate to the imposition of fees on preparer tax identification numbers.
