EPA Approves Minnesota's State Implementation Plan for 2008 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by Minnesota on May 26, 2016, to demonstrate compliance with the Clean Air Act's interstate transport requirements for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
