US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Chinese Steel Imports Circumvent Duties
The US Department of Commerce has determined that imports of certain cold-rolled steel flat products from Vietnam, made with carbon hot-rolled steel from China, are evading antidumping and countervailing duties imposed on Chinese steel.
