OPM Invites Public Comment on Revised Forms for Retirement Benefits

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking public feedback on two revised forms related to retirement benefits for federal employees, including the Application to Make Deposit or Redeposit (CSRS)--SF 2803 and the Application to Make Service Credit Payment for Civilian Service (FERS)--SF 3108.
