EPA Withdraws West Virginia Clean Air Rule Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn a September 25, 2017 rule that allowed West Virginia to remove Clean Air Interstate Rule trading programs from its state implementation plan, following receipt of adverse comments.
