Final Regulations for Payment Card and Third Party Network Transactions Information Reporting

The IRS has released final regulations requiring payment settlement organizations to report payments in settlement of payment card and third party network transactions annually, effective from 2009, in compliance with the Housing Assistance Tax Act of 2008.
