FAA Confirms Minimum Random Drug and Alcohol Testing Rates for Aviation Employees

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has confirmed that the minimum random drug testing rate for safety-sensitive employees will remain at 25% from January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2018, while the minimum random alcohol testing rate will remain at 10% during the same period.
