EPA Takes Final Action to Correct Deficiency in San Joaquin Valley PM2.5 Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency has determined that the deficiency that led to a disapproval of the San Joaquin Valley's contingency measures for the 1997 PM2.5 NAAQS has been corrected, effectively ending sanctions for the area.
