Department of Defense Extends Military Lending Act Protections to Service Members and Dependents

The Department of Defense is amending its interpretive rule for the Military Lending Act to provide additional guidance on compliance with the 2015 rule, which limits annual percentage rates on consumer credit to 36 percent for service members and their families.
