EPA Approves Connecticut's Vapor Recovery Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP), which requires gasoline dispensing facilities to decommission their Stage II vapor recovery systems by July 1, 2015, and strengthens Stage I vapor recovery systems.
